Question by Archer: Top flite D2 golf set or Callaway Big Bertha Irons 2004?
I have a choice between these two sets and I have heard nothing bad about the big Bertha’s but the set is a little smaller.

The Top Flits set is a great deal and gets me the hybrids that I really want but I haven’t seen any reviews for these clubs…I have heard that the driver has an issue with cracking but I have a driver that I will be using instead

I am just wondering if anyone has any insight…for cost the Bertha irons 3 thru pw is 350$ the d2 set is around 250$ at the moment I am using my dad’s 15ish year old executive irons and I am looking for an upgrade more then a sidegrade.
Thanks for the answer, I am only 16 and still developing my swing but i am right handed and have a nasty hook but overall i hit solidly usually

Big Bertha’s are a great set but there for older men and women that need more yardage on their shot, to me i would choose the Top Flite D2′s.

  1. Mike says:

The Big Bertha’s would most likely be better because they are very forgiving and would be more responsive that the top flites.
