   They start re-seeding around late Sept to early Oct . I know cause I used to wait to re-seed my yard till after Halloween as if I did it before the kids would trample it before it got a good start. Usually the courses are done by then however. If you know what course you are gonna play, just call em to be sure it will be open. Most hotels that have more than one course will try to keep one open while they re-seed the other, BUT the are in the process of drying them out etc. Skip Oct/Nov ifyou can.
