How should I spend $1,100?
Question by Stinky Britches: How should I spend ,100?
So now that I’m off school for the summer and working, I’ve been working, on average, 45 hours a week and I have quickly accumulated a balance of $ 1,100 in my bank account. All I really do is work so I never go out and never have time to spend my money, so I’m looking for ideas on how I should spend it.
Here are some of my ideas:
Buying a new set of golf clubs (I’ve been using a crappy starter-set for 3 years and need to upgrade)
Buying some clothes
Buying a thing for my car so I can play the music on my iPhone in my car
Learn about investing and invest some of the money in the stock market
But I am definitely open to other ideas!!!
I’m on a full-ride at school

I would definitely suggest looking into the stock market and then saving a small portion of it in case things don’t work out. Clothes, golf clubs, and electronic devices are not good investments and will not keep their value. If you must buy material objects, look for things that retain their value so you can enjoy them but still have the $ 1,100 for the future.
Save your money, let it accumulate then buy a house or something you’ve always wanted but if u do choose to spend some don’t just spend it on something you want get something you really need and what you can benefit from. Golf clubs are ok and a iPhone car jack is not expensive at all so go ahead. Id probably buy a guitar and learn to play…
