Best blade irons in golf 2011?

So many custom company’s out there different forgings 1020 1025 carbon steel etc.. Custom grind options also where is the sweet spot in blades? I currently play the 2009 tp irons from taylor made im interested in forged blades tried the nike vr pro hit it well but it was a golf simulator. Scratch golf,epon,miura kzg just to name a few are all custom company’s are they worth the price?

I’ve had my eye on the Titleist 710s. I’m still working on my handicap and not at the level I want to be to really work the ball when I need to. These are stunning to look at, but they say they give you great workability. These would be my choice probably for the rest of my golfing career.
