What kind of shaft should i use for the golf clubs i am about to purchase?
Im 29 and just taking up the sport of golf, I played when was 12 just larking about on old grass behind factories. I want to know if i should get steel shafts or graphite shafts for the clubs i am about to purchase. I dont know if i have a fast swing speed or anything like that. There is sets were the driver and woods are graphite and irons are steel would that be best or all steel

What you should do is go to Golf Galaxy or Dicks Sporting Goods, or any golf store and get properly fitted for golf clubs. They can get your exact right height, shafts for your swing speed, and even match you with the perfect set. Hope it goes well!
If you are just starting I would suggest that you consult a good sporting goods store , golf shop or pro shop which has competent personnel to help you make the decision. Ask some of your golfer friends for their input.
Steel irons, project x series, whatever flex best suits your preference.
I used aldila in my woods, aldila NV shafts in my hybrid and three wood and VS prototype in my driver.
