When I received these balls, I noticed that they looks awfully white, and then I noticed that some of the logos were smudged. I teed one up and let it fly. It sounded like hitting a range ball, not the sound of a soft shell ProV1. I get up to the ball, and the paint that was cover the ball had partially peeled off. I started looking at them more closely, and realized that they were all repainted white (which hampers the flight of the ball), and the logos and number has been painted or stamped on them.

I have ordered thousands of dollars of products from Amazon, and this is the first time I have gotten something other than what was advertised. VERY disappointed….

Ugh. You can sure tell these are NOT mint condition. If the sloppy repainting of ‘Titleist’ reminiscent of a beginning elementary school cursive class doesn’t clue you in, a quick inspection of the finish itself will let you see drips and bubbles that are not present in new Pro V1 packs. One ball even had a silver metallic thread dangling from the finish, it was halfway baked into the finish and the rest left hanging out in the breeze. I would not purchase these again, I had more luck with regular reclaimed or recycled Pro V1s that had not been refinished.

The balls play fine but the paint used to refurbish the balls is flat. I would prefer they didn’t repaint them.
