For the money, no comparison.,
Not sure why this bag is priced so low. It is very durable and has many features that bags 3x the cost go without. I especially appreciate the interior bag sleeve and the extra internal straps for keeping the clubs and bag secure. Great value, great bag.

|Great bag for the price,
I purchased this bag for a recent golf trip. I spent some time reading reviews and I noticed that some of the cheaper bags are rated poorly because they fell apart after only one trip. HOWEVER, for every one dissatisfied customer that chooses to leave a review, there are probably 500 other customers who are very satisfied with the product who never bothered to leave a review. Sometimes a negative experience brings out the best in people, and makes us feel compelled to leave a review condemning a product we had no luck with.
This product had no negative reviews. It had only one review at all when I purchased it. I took a chance, and I’m glad I did. It fit all my clubs perfectly. I had room to wrap them all in towels and attack the cover to the top of my golf bag. My golf bag is a carry bag, and not a cart bag. I found I had to position my smaller carry bag perfectly, in order to stand the bag upright when it’s closed. The interior strap proved to be VERY useful in securing the smaller bag. I’d imagine if someone had a larger cart bag, it would fit more snugly and the bag would be sturdier. But for my purposes it worked very well.
The bag made it’s maiden voyage with hardly a scratch. It appears, to me, to be well made enough to provide quite a few uses before showing enough wear to justify a new one. However, I think your mileage will vary on durability. Mine arrived just fine, but that’s not to say your choice of airline doesn’t have Bubba Joe Bob loading your clubs by announcing to his co-workers, “HEY FELLERS!!! I BETCHER I CAN THROW THIS HERE BAG ALL THE WAY DOWN THAT THERE RUNWAY WITHOUT IT HITTING THE GROUND!!!” If this happens to you, you probably won’t be very satisfied with your bag…
It even received some compliments. My uncle (thinking it was his Brother in Law’s travel bag, and wanting to make a joke) commented, “Well, look who has the Cadillac of golf bags…” hahahaha. He was surprised to hear it was mine, and what I paid for it.
Take that for what you will… I can only report my own experiences with it. I probably won’t have any use for it for years, perhaps. I am not one who travels with my clubs very often, so for me there was no point in getting a more expensive bag. This bag meet, and exceeded my expectations, and uses for it.
So why the lower rating? While it worked for my clubs, I do question the protection it offers the clubs. I believe the description claims, “extra padding.” I’d hate to see, “regular padding.” My clubs are not very expensive. They’re in excellent shape, but I bought most of them used, and got great deals on all of them. My irons are Wilson Staff, which is a wonderful club (good enough for Padraig Harrington, good enough for me!), but by no means are they as expensive as a Ping, or Taylormade. I am not sure I would trust this bag with a $700 set of irons. I used towels to wrap up my clubs as much as I could to provide them with extra padding and protection. If I had nicer clubs, I think a hard case would be the way to go, to try to ensure their safety. But hard cases are more expensive, and you have to have room to store the case when you’re not using it. You’re crossing over into a new territory, but I think a more protective case would be well worth it for a better set of golf clubs than the ones I have.

|Unbelievable,
This bag was a steal!! A friend bought a similar one at a local golf shop for five times the price. Roomy, yet not too big. Well made and sturdy. I was shocked at the value when it arrived.
