Theft raps vs golf club officials junked (Philippine Daily Inquirer)

The Quezon City prosecutor’s office has junked charges of qualified theft against officials of the Capitol Hills Golf and Country Club Inc. (CHGCCI), including a congressman, and executives of a real estate developer accused of allegedly misappropriating funds meant to buy land for a golf course.
