Maybe a year ago I remember playing on a Thai website with a whole lot of different games. I can’t quite remember the name, but I’m pretty sure it was similar to “Polo golf” or something. It’s not the same of a game, it’s the name of the website. Does anyone know what I’m talking about or can help me by finding it? Thanks.

I had knee surgery about a year ago and the words my doctor used to describe my injury were “horrible” “horrendous” and “if you like sports you better learn to love golf”

I gain quite a bit of weight while I was recovering and even though it has been a year I am still not 100%. My leg gets very tired very quickly and walking for any length of time makes my knee swell up and lock up.

I also can not do any of those leg excercise machines because my kneecap literally grinds when I bend

So, any suggestions on any no-impact excercises I can do to help trim up? I was thinking about taking a yoga class, but I am wondering if it will work and how much stress it will put on my knee.

Any help would be appriciated.

Pilates is probably better…not as many poses putting stress on the knees. Let the teacher know of your condition and she or he can tell you modifications to help you out!

When I am listing the different reference sources for endnotes what do I do when haved cited or quoted a book/website more than once? For example, if I cited an article called “golfing” from a website and then later cited an article called “fishing” from that same website would I have to list the website twice in the endnotes,once for each article? The same goes for citing books. What do I do?

each time you cite something you need to list it…

remember don’t over cite……you can put your thoughts into words, instructors like a few cites, but they also like to see that you have an imagination and thoughts to paper cababilities.
