Its very easy. Just practice with a wedge first and make sure you are pulling your arm straight up.

Use a lob or sand wedge, and practice.

Use a 60 Degree man. Open up the club face as if you would when you hit a sand shot. The trick is the hit the center of the face and pop it back up. You don’t need to hit the ball hard. Just do a tiny motion and if you hit the center of the face it will pop right back up without effort. Relax your arms but keep your wrist stiff initially why you are still learning.
Then practice! But don’t do it inside the house!

Get the highest lofted club, like a sand wedge, hold it open and flat and begin bouncing a ball on the face of the club.
Keep practicing.

Difficult but once you do it for a long time its natraul i use my Lob wedge64 degrees or you can use whatever you most lofted club is and keep your wrist firm, tight but not wood stiff. Keep your grip looser so when the ball hits the clubface it bouces up to make the ball jump. and from there all you can do it practice.

If you are trying to imress your golf buddies, how about practicing your golf game and shooting a low score? You will always be buying beers after the round if that is the only game you bring to the course

Use a 64 degree wedge and open the club face and try the keep directly over the ball.
